321 NORTH SHOWCASED AT ICSC RECON / VEGAS

LAS VEGAS (May 22, 2009)--US Capital Holdings shared their 321 North re-development project in the annual ICSC Recon Conference & Deal Making event at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Despite challenging economic conditions, US Capital Holdings Group, in conjunction with The McGarey Group, our nationally recognized retail leasing agent and retail consultant met with retailers and shared with 25,000 ICSC members about 321 North. With it's recent office renovation commencement to re-develop the former Fashion Mall, 321 North is set to be the most dynamic project in South Florida.
