GRACE HE OF US CAPITAL HOLDINGS NAMED AS FINALIST IN 5TH ANNUAL STEVIE® AWARDS FOR WOMEN IN BUSINESS

PLANTATION, FL. (October 21, 2008) Grace He, Vice President of US Capital Holdings, LLC, developer of the $800 mm 321 North mixed-use project in Plantation, Florida, was named a finalist in the Best Asian Executive category in The 5th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business. This year, more than 1,200 entries were submitted for consideration in 50 categories, including Best Executive, Best Entrepreneur, and Best Community Involvement Program in addition to Best Asian Executive.

Hailed as the world's premier business awards, the Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor women executives, entrepreneurs, and the companies they run worldwide.  Winners will be announced during a gala event at the Marriott Marquis hotel in New York on Friday, November 14.  Nominated women executives and entrepreneurs from the U.S. and several other countries are expected to attend.  

Being named a finalist in The Stevie Awards for Women in Business is an important achievement,said Michael Gallagher, president of the Stevie Awards.  It means that independent business executives have agreed that the nominee is worthy of recognition.  We congratulate all of the finalists on their achievement and wish them well in the competition.

Ms. He was first hired as an assistant to the CEO and was promoted to vice president in charge of human resources, marketing and the commercial leasing program for 321 North.  The mixed-use community is a redevelopment of the former Plantation Fashion Mall.  Upon completion, 321 North will encompass retail, office, residential as well as cultural and entertainment venues, and is among an elite group of 60 projects in the U.S. selected to be part of the USGBC's LEED for Neighborhood Development pilot program.
