ORLANDO, FL (August 19, 2008) US Capital Holdings recently showcased the 321 North re-development project in its home state at the annual ICSC Florida Conference & Deal Making event at the Gaylord Palms Hotel & Convention Center.

Over 4,000 ICSC members had the opportunity to preview what will be the premier destination in the heart of Broward County, with over 600,000 square feet of open-air and enclosed retail in an urban setting. In cooperation with The McGarey Group, our national retail leasing agent and consultant, we unveiled our scale model and exciting master plan to a crowd that was as receptive as they were dynamic.
