HOLLYWOOD, FL (August 15,2008) The US Capital Holdings team was thrilled by the outstanding response over 321 North at the recent CPN/ NAIOP South Florida Property Opportunities Conference and Trade Show!

We stood out among 72 exhibitors at the event, which was held at the renowned Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa in Hollywood, Florida and attracted over 400 commercial brokers, real estate professionals, investors and developers.

Our national office leasing agent, Jones Lang LaSalle showcased our mixed-use lifestyle center highlighting the over 600,000 square feet of leasable office space, including over 476,000 square feet of Class "A" office space. The attendees were all intrigued by 321 North's central location, green design and multi-use features.
