Director of Leasing & Marketing
Overview:
US Capital Holdings is currently seeking seasoned leasing and marketing applicants to join its Development team.The Director of Leasing & Marketing will support the commercial, retail and residential Operations team for a mixed use development, in providing expert business insight to Senior Management. The successful candidate will come from a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in retail, commercial and/or residential leasing and marketing, either working on the Owner's side within a retailer, or from a Real Estate developer. A background on regional or super-regional mall leasing operations is highly preferred.
Additionally, the Candidate will report to and work with the Director of Development to manage relationships relevant to the successful marketing and leasing of the project. He/she will be responsible for the management of internal and external stakeholders and will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service at all times. The successful candidate will possess a focused results-driven mindset, sound negotiation and relationship building skills, sharp written and presentation skills and hold relevant property qualifications.
