Developer proposes seeking certification of all or portions of the 321 North project under the LEED Green Building Rating System™ administered by the US Green Building Council (USGBC). While Developer aspires to develop portions of the project to obtain LEED certification, USGBC grants certification only after project substantial completion. Accordingly, Developer does not make any assurances, guarantees, representations, or warranties, express or implied, and specifically disclaims all warranties or representations, that the Developer will achieve, or the project will receive, LEED certification.
